At Belek AMG Travel, we aim to provide a fair and transparent booking experience for all our customers.
1. Payment Policy
We operate on a pay-on-arrival basis:
- No advance payment is required for our airport transfer or tour services
- Customers pay after arrival or once the service has been completed
- We do not require deposits or prepayments to confirm bookings
2. Refund Policy
Since we do not collect payment in advance, there is generally no need for refunds.
However, in the rare case where a payment is taken in advance under special circumstances:
- All advance payments are non-refundable
- By making a payment before the service, the customer agrees to this condition
3. Cancellations
- Customers can cancel their booking free of charge before the service
- As no upfront payment is required, cancellations do not incur any fees
4. No-Show Policy
- If a customer does not show up at the agreed pickup location without prior notice, we reserve the right to refuse future bookings
5. Exceptional Cases
Belek AMG Travel may review refund requests only in exceptional situations, at its sole discretion.
